We are a couple of foodies who like to travel around and try all sorts of new and delicious foods. Our passion for nutritionally wholesome, quality eats led us to start our own boutique food company.
We founded Philading in 2007, and the first couple of years we were developing recipes to make all kinds of unique eats and treats for our friends.
As 2009 rolled around we were ready to jump into the local farmers’ market scene to test our delicious creations with our customers. Instant success! PhilaDing as a trade name for our eats and treats was born out of pure appreciation for Philly culture and history.
We have been making all natural and organic meals and desserts ever since. We are famous for our authentic handmade Scottish scones made both traditional and gluten-free, gluten-free cookies, vegan brownies, pure cold-pressed nut and seed oils, wheat-free falafel, organic Lebanese-style hummus, and unique entrees and soups made from locally sourced produce.
